The following are news updates for the year 2005:

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Sunday, Janurary 2, 2005

Thus begins a new year, which means you should be eating lots and lots of black-eyed peas. Hopefully this new year will contain a lot in store for this site, and for myself.

A new Shadow Warrior page is up, and I encourage you to post comments in the area provided. I can't get any better without your suggestions!

Lastly, fans of Lizy the Lizard, do not fear. In the coming months the story should continue on to the end. Until next time...

ACE FOXWORTH PROJECT MOVING AGAIN
Saturday, Janurary 29, 2005

Work has restarted on the Ace Foxworth game, now redubbed Ace Foxworth and the Mountain of Fire. The game should be complete by this Spring. Hopefully soon, I should have an in-depth preview of the game and how it's shaping up.

No Shadow Warrior today, sorry, but I promise I'll have one done by Monday. Hopefully Monday of Next Week...

WHAT DO YOU MEAN I'M LATE?
Thursday, March 24, 2005

Sorry for the delay. I was having problems with the server, and then work suddenly kicked up and I didn't have time to update. But no need to fear, Shadow Warrior page 6 is up and running. Don't forget to post a comment on it in the forums! So much for regular updates, though...

As for the Adventures of Lizy the Lizard, that will pick up again as soon as the Ace Foxworth games gets finished (which by the way, has hit another snag). I just want to get the game done at this point, and I'm starting not to care about what gets cut. Just a warning.

Well, until next time.

ADDITION TO THE ARCHIVES
Wednesday, March 30, 2005

I'd been meaning to do it for some time, but I finally got around to showcasing some old site designs in the archives section under "Site History." Also added the oldest remaining news article to the news archives for safe keeping. I'd been meaning to put that there since... Well... 2001... Better late than never?

LET'S TRY GETTING THINGS TOGETHER
Wednesday, April 20, 2005

I'm trying to perfect getting these comics together. They take a decent amount of time, and I wasn't originally planning to do them one page at a time. (They were going to be done like the old Lizy comics, you'd get a whole "issue" every time I got around to it.) However, from now on, you should get a new comic every week. The Shadow Warrior Comic will be added to every Thursday. (Cross your fingers!) I'm also trying to get used to confining gags to a single page instead of slurring them across several - Again, this is due to the fact that I changed the format at the last minute.

AN UPDATE - AND ON TIME, TOO!
Thursday, April 28, 2005

New Shadow Warrior page up - Go check it out if you know what's good for you. Ralph and Bert's adventure seems to be progressing pretty nicely.

The Ace Foxworth game went through another round of development. If I can keep up the pace, that game might just get finished one of these days...

5/5/5
Thursday, May 5, 2005

Don't you just love dates that are the whole number all the way across? 9/9/99 was an uplifting day for me...

Enough jokes - There's a new Shadow Warrior up. Go read it and leave a comment for me.

Pickles Guide Updated
Thursday, May 10, 2005

Some feared it would never happen, but the unthinkable just took place: The official guide to The Pickles now goes through Level 26. Enjoy!

Double Digits!
Saturday, May 21, 2005

Ladies and gentlemen, we have finally made it to the second chapter of The Shadow Warrior. It would have been up sooner, but I got caught up playing Maple Story... Then came work... And then E3. I mean, you can't miss E3! That would just be wrong... In any case, we'll be back to regular updates on Thursday.

Update on Status
Saturday, June 18, 2005

No, I have not fallen off the face of the Earth. There's no reason to panic (or celebrate) over that at this point. The next Shadow Warrior page has been delayed because I decided to completely redo the story for chapter 2 (which needed tweaking anyway). The next page should be up shorty, though, so don't lose heart.

As for Ace Foxworth... Well, the engine is in such a mess I think I'm just going to cut my loses, edit out all the boses that aren't working, shorten the game by a world, and tweak what I have. That game has been nothing but a pain in the rear end since it started. It's already been reworked several times, including once when the entire engine was rewritten from scratch.

You may notice a new link on the side bar. This is my newly-announced next project, "Fire Emblem Factory." Basically, it's somewhat of a fan game that allows you to create your own Fire Emblem games. If you don't know what all the buzz is about, you ought to go pick up a copy of on of the two Game Boy Advance Fire Emblem games from Nintendo.

Now as for Lizy - He's been overlooked a lot recently, but worry not. I have some big things in store for him in the near future.

In the meantime, go check out the new backgrounds section under downloads.

I Thought I'd NEVER Finish It
Saturday, July 2, 2005

But I did. The story continues. Check out the latest Shadow Warrior page. I should have another update on Thursday if all goes well (which it hasn't been lately). More on that later, though.
