Dale Johnson Productions exists in order to provide quality art and storytelling in order to entertain and inspire.

My name is Dale M.A. Johnson, and I'm a professional animator living in the Houston, Texas area. This website is a hobby of mine, allowing me to develop my own characters and stories, and enjoy them with an audience across the Internet.

Dale Johnson Productions began as "Michael Johnson Productions" in early 2001. It provided a place for me to share my art, animation, games, and stories with people across the world. The site began with little direction, just some ideas about what other people might enjoy, and a lizard named Lizy. Since then, the site has become more focused and the quality of my work has increased dramatically since the "LizVenture," a short interactive story that was first posted to the site in April 2001.

My hope is that you enjoy this site, its content, and its characters. I also hope that you, too, will be inspired to take up a pencil and begin writing your own stories, drawing your own adventures, and programming your own games.
