"WE'RE GONNA DIE!" yelled Bob in distress at the very top of his voice.

And with that, the engines gave out completely, and the nose of the craft dived down and the airplane began a spiral spin headed straight for the ground.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" was unanimous cry!

"Oh, why," Newton asked himself, "Why does today of all days have to be the nineteenth of September?"

"But it's not the nineteenth," commented Speedy.

"Huh?" asked Newton, puzzled.

"It's only the eighteenth," replied Speedy.

Suddenly, the engines kicked back in! In no time, they were back on the chase! Before long, however, Cruel's mosquitoes became aware of Lizy and co. and began a brilliant attack!

"Oh, bother," sighed Lizy, "Just our luck something like this would happen. Is there anything we can do about these mosquitoes? They're firing on us!"

"There is something we can do about the castle!" said Newton triumphantly. "We can override their engines with my jammer! In order to transform the castle into a flying fortress so quickly, they had to of used pretty cheap components, so this should be relatively easy. In no time, the engines used for staility will give out and they will slowly float to the ground. We just need to get closer to the castle itself so the jammer can do it's stuff. Hang on!"

Newton closed in on the castle and was soon underneath it where he could get a good shot at the engines with his jammer. It worked! The castle's engines gave out and it began to hover down.

"Why are we still under the castle?" asked Lizy getting a little uneasy.

"Well, you see," began Newton nervously, "The jammer has a few.. side effects... It knocked just about out all control I have of the aircraft..."

Needless to say, Lizy, Newton, Chubby, Speedy, and Bob spent a few days in the Lizard City hospital.
